During periods of high volume, permit application processing times may be longer than usual. Application reviews are expected to be completed within seven to ten business days. The building department reviews plans and applications, issues permits, and performs inspections for construction and trade work in Oshtemo Township.
The Building Official holds office hours from 8-10 a.m. Monday through Friday for walk-in requests. Appointments are required for meetings outside of this window.
