Step 3.Review availability calendar.

Each venue has an availability calendar on its page to be sure it is available on the date and time of your event.

Step 4.Fill out a reservation form.

After you've selected your preferred venue, date, and time, you're ready to fill out a reservation form. Forms are available at the township office or you can download them here using the links found on the right side of this page.

Reservations must be made in-person with 7 days advanced notice. Rental spaces are not secured until payment is made in full.

Step 5.Use the reservation form to determine the correct rental fee, security deposit, and liability insurance requirement.

Rental fee is based on the day of week and whether or not you are an Oshtemo Township resident. A fee schedule is shown on the reservation form.

Please note that rental of our indoor venues requires a security deposit and liability insurance. A portion of your security deposit may be retained if our maintenance staff needs to clean up or move furniture after your event.  The security deposit and liability insurance are not required in order to make a reservation. However, they must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your event.

Step 6.Grab your ID!

Please bring your drivers license or state-issued ID so we can make a copy for our records.

Step 7.Finalize your reservation at the Oshtemo Township Hall.

Bring your completed reservation form, payment, and ID to the friendly staff at Oshtemo Township Hall to get your reservation on the calendar! We accept cash, check, or credit card. A fee of 2.75% ($1.95 minimum) is charged on all credit card transactions. If you arrive when the office is closed, feel free to place your reservation form and payment in the secure drop box in the parking lot, then email us a copy of your ID.
