NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED MASTER PLAN
NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Oshtemo Charter Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the recommendation of the Master Plan to the Oshtemo Charter Township Board on Thursday, May 12, 2011, commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the Oshtemo Charter Township Hall, 7275 West Main Street, within the Township, as required under the provisions of the Michigan Planning Enabling Act.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Master Plan has been submitted for public comment to the interested entities as required under Section 41 of the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, and the Planning Commission hereby welcomes public comment on the Master Plan. A copy of the Master Plan is available at the Oshtemo Charter Township Hall, or is available on the Township’s website at www.oshtemo.org and click on “Master Plan.” The Master Plan is also available at www.mcka.com/oshtemo and click on “Master Plan.” You are also invited to obtain a copy of the Master Plan in a CD PDF format or printed format and may do so by contacting the Planning Department at the address and phone number listed below.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that such other and further matters as may properly come before the Planning Commission may be considered at the public hearing.

All materials relating to these requests may be examined at the Oshtemo Township Hall during normal business hours.
Oshtemo Charter Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon seven (7) days’ notice to the Oshtemo Charter Township. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Oshtemo Charter Township by writing or calling the Township.
